Applicable condition
Product quality problems: If you find product damage, abnormal function and other quality problems after receiving the goods, you need to contact customer service within 7 working days.
Missed delivery: If the received product does not match the order or there is omission, you can apply for a return or replacement. However, non-quality problem products that have been opened and do not affect secondary sales may not be eligible for a full refund in some cases.
Return process
To initiate an application: Go to "My Order", click "Apply for return" of the corresponding order, and fill in the reason for return, expected treatment and other information.
Review: After receiving the application, customer service will review it within 7 working days, and will provide the return address after the review.
Return the product: send the product back to the specified address, keep the tracking number.
Refund process
Receipt of return: We will process the refund within 7 working days after receiving the product and confirming that it is correct.
Refund to account: The refund will be returned to the original payment account, the arrival time depends on the payment platform, generally 7 working days.
